Our club had the pleasure of welcoming two new members at the June 13th luncheon meeting at the Larchmont Yacht Club. President Lester Nathan began the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and the Four-Way Test, followed by various items on the agenda.
After that, the induction of our new members, Andrew Farber and Mitch Weisburgh began. Membership Chairman Michael Gedigk conducted the ceremony and then presented both gentlemen with Rotary pins. President Nathan presented them with membership certificates.
We are pleased to welcome these two gentlemen who we believe will make important contributions to our club. Andrew Farber is currently Head Librarian at the Larchmont Library. Mitch Weisburgh is a published author and teaches courses on Mindshifting, which about how people can make decisions and act effectively.
Our special guests included: Past District Governor Loren Russell, Area Governor Sandy Wolpert, Village Trustee Peter Fanelli and Thomas Blaeschke, a visiting Rotarian from Bremen, Germany.
